XL Mad provides meaningful and potent lyrics with a perfectly balanced vocal style, moving between foundation and new roots flavours. The Highway Rough Riddim is produced by DJ Lass (Angel Vibes) & Augusta Massive and played by the House Of Riddim band.

The first remix is made by Lapo in a mystical digital dub style. A big stepper kick is the basis for a flow of sweet melodica and live horns, dreamy echos and spring reverbs. T-Kay is on the second remix and he flips the original upwards into 175 bpm drum’n’bass territory, rolling out the drums joined with heavy basslines whilst keeping the reggae mood true to the original.
